Johnathan L. Lawhon

Johnathan Lyn Lawhon, age 40, passed away Tuesday April 23, 2024 at Tennova North Hospital. He was born February 1, 1984. Johnathan was a loving son, father, brother, uncle, boyfriend and friend. His bright smile and joyful presence brought light into the lives of all who knew him.

Preceded in death by mother, Trena Dian Lawhon; grandparents, Jerrell and Mildred Hyde Lawhon; uncle, Ectlis (Moe) Lawhon.

He leaves to cherish his memories, father, Terry McAfee; grandmother, Daisy McAfee; sisters, Tabitha Barrett and Nathalie McAfee; brothers, Terry McAfee Jr. and Joseph McAfee; children, Damian Boston, Brooklynn, Londynn , Edynn and Destinn Lawhon; grandson, Saint Boston; niece, Wilquisha “Tinky” Bennett; nephew, Willie James; girlfriend, Miranda Rideneour and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and community.

Family and friends will have a gravesite ceremony and viewing of the body Friday, May 3, 2024, 11:00 a.m., at Steekee Cemetery, Loudon TN. Bishop John Drinnon, Officiating.
