went to be with her Lord, May 7, 2023. She was born in Alabama on August 10, 1954.

Doretha was a loving person that thought the world of her family and friends. She was a very giving woman. She would give her last if could help someone out.

And though she was a kind and sweet woman, Doretha had no problem telling you how she felt. She will truly be missed by everyone who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Tate, mother, Louis Well, and sister, Monzella Wells. She is survived by sons, Dominique and Dios Tate, daughters, Queenie and Rose, niece, Sincere, devoted niece, Lenise Litttlejohn, devoted nephew, Marlon Forbes, and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to name.

Family will receive friends, on Friday, May 26, 2023, from 5:30 to 6 pm, with a celebration of life services to follow. Final arrangements by Jarnigan and Son Mortuary.
