Derrick Webb departed this life on September 21, 2023, at his home.

Preceded in death by parents; Gwendolyn Pierson and David Webb, step father, Robert Pierson; grandparents, James and Dee Dee Hale, Jeanna Hale, and Moses and Virginia Webb; sister, Banika Brown.

Left to cherish his memories are companion, Tina Marie Chalmers, devoted daughter, Jameshia Taylor; son, Damonte Golden; grandchildren, Loyal Golden, Germani O’Neal, and Caleb O’Neal; sisters, LaShonda (Marvin) Craigmire, Chasity Brown, and Sheila Simmons; brothers, David (Carla) Webb Jr., Darnell (Lisa) Webb, Darrell (Natonya) Webb, and Duane (Crystal) Pierson, a host of aunts to include, Mattie Cash, a host of uncles to include, Jay Hale; a host of nieces to include; Jada Pierson, Chrissy Brice, Dasha Pierson, and Teonika and Jasmine Webb, a host of nephews to include, Lashawna Pierson, Ronney Pierson, and Quemar and Dontay Brown. Extended family includes Sekeitha, Michelle, Shawn, Rene, Gena and India as well as a host of other family and friends.

Family will receive friends Saturday, September 30, 2023, 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm at Jarnigan & Son Mortuary, 2823 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue Knoxville, TN 37914; funeral services, 4:30 p.m., Rev. Brent McDougal, officiating.
