Cynthia Wade

Cynthia Marie Wade, Age 50, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at her home after a short, but courageous battle with cancer. Cynthia was born on March 30, 1975 to Raymond and Pamela Wade.

Proceeded in death by her grandparents, George and Gracie Wade and Cora Wittington.

Cynthia leaves to mourn her homegoing, a son, Douglas Dokes, a daughter , Chelsea Houston, Mother; Pamela Wade, Father; Raymond Wade, Sister; Raenitta Wade, 6 grandchildren, many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Education in the public school system of Knoxville, TN, Cynthia graduated from Austin East High School.

She was a very faithful dietary supervisor at Beverly Park Place for 20 years.

Cynthia was a loving daughter, mother and grandmother. She was a beautiful person who will definitely be missed.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Greater Warner Tabernacle AME Zion Church, located at 3800 Martin Luther King Jr Ave, Knoxville, TN 37914 with a service to immediately follow. Rev. Cleo Brooks officiating.
