Born August 31, 1997, to NaChauna Roebuck- Elder and the late Jessie A. Tarplin, answered the call that his job here on earth was done, May 20, 2023.
Adrian attended Austin- East High School, where he was a member of the A-E Roadrunner band as well as the ROTC program which sparked his interest in the Military. He became a member of the Army National Guard and served his country as a Military Police Officer. Adrian was a well-mannered and respectful gentleman who touched the hearts of everyone with whom he came in to contact. To know Roe is to love him.
Preceded in death by father, Jessie A. Tarplin; grandfather, Harvey Elder, Jr.; great-grandmothers, Dorothy Lavern Bell and Sammie E. Nelson; great grandfather, Harvey Elder, Sr.; uncles, Broderick Mills; cousins, Broderick Gibson, Sean Gillispie, Greg “Bush” Ballenger and his best friend, Derrick “DP” Perry.
He leaves to cherish his memories: mother, NaChauna (Brittney) Robinson; siblings: Diarra Roebuck, Zion Roebuck, Javious Tarplin, Javaree Roebuck, Tylan Tarplin, Jessica Tarplin, Morgan Tarplin and Jessie Tarplin, Jr.; grandparents, Allison Roebuck Swaray, Shirley (Jessie) Tarplin, Tony (Sylvia) Elder, and Enerique “Jazz” Jackson; aunts: Angelical Tarplin, Nakeyia Elder, Kanisha Mills- Watson, Jaiyah Anderson, and Jaimea Anderson; great aunts: Malaika Adero, Yolanda Roebuck, Joyce Armstrong, Debbie Elder, Eleanor Latimer, Denyse Cason and Sherara Saffell; uncles, Diarra Jackson, Ashande (Shannon) Holland, Anthony Lorenzo Roebuck, Tony (Sylvia) Elder, and Enrique “Jazz” Jackson; great uncles: Earl Roebuck, Robert Roebuck; God parents: Latoya Johnson, Emily Rainy, Chiquita Booker, Donte’ Booker; and a host of cousins and friends.
Family will receive friends, 3:00-4:00 p.m., Saturday at Lennon- Seney United Methodist Church, funeral service, 4:00 p.m., Minister Eric Bonner, Officiant.
Interment, 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, Veteran’s Cemetery (John Sevier), with full Military Honors.
