Daisy Snuggs Taylor, age 100, of Knoxville, TN, was born in Lanesboro, NC, on December 26, 1925, and transitioned to be in the presence of the Lord on August 6, 2026.
She was a long-standing servant at Mount Moriah FBH Church, as an ordained deaconess and Mother of the church, and served as an usher and a choir member. Then served many years at Fountain of Life under the leadership of Apostle Moses Townsend as the International Mother and a missionary of the church. She continued serving at Greater Shiloh Pentecostal Fellowship Church of God, Inc., where she served on the mother board.
She is preceded in death by one son, Deacon Freddie Taylor, and granddaughter Yolanda H. Brown. She leaves to carry on her legacy: one Daughter, Elder Marilyn C. Jackson, and two grandsons, Teon (Shannon) Taylor and Coustaur (April) Taylor.
Family will receive friends on August 14th at Greater Mount Moriah FBH Church, 2001 Western Ave, Knoxville, TN 37912, from 6 pm-7 pm, with the funeral service to follow. Bishop T. L. Glenn, eulogist. Interment August 15th, Saturday, 11 am, Mount Olive Cemetery, 2420 Maryville pike, Knoxville, TN 37920.

Ms Daisy, I loved me some Ms Daisy. What a Great and Amazing lady. A woman of faith. She has helped and mentored me through a lot of my trials, tribulations and comforted me through my Mommie’s death. I will continue to share and hold onto all the wise advice that she has given me. The stories and jokes will forever have me laughing and crying. Job well done my Good and Faithful servant. We will really miss you down here. Til we meet again. Cadillac loves you deeply.
