Betty Gray

Betty Ann Gray of Knoxville, TN departed this world to be with her Lord and Savior on April 6, 2026.

Mrs.Betty attended Greater Bush Grove Baptist Church where she was a member of the choir.  She also worked for Children Center of Knoxville as a dietician and the cook.

She was a kind and loving woman who will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Sophronia Mills-Gray; sisters Ms. Jerrye and Eliza Gray; nephew, Anthony Gray Sr.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory loving sons, Jeffrey (Jaye) Gray Sr., Scottie Gray-Stephens. Grandson, Jeffrey Gray II; brother, Scottye Gray; sister, Deborah Fitzgerald; nieces, Alisa Madden, Kim (Tony) Buley, and Nicole Gray, and a host of other family and friends.

There will be a graveside service Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at New Gray Cemetery 2724 Western Ave Knoxville, TN 37921.

Final arrangements entrusted to Jarnigan & Son Mortuary.
