Angelia Thomas

Angelia D. Thomas was born March 29, 1964. She left her earthly home for her Heavenly home on October 11, 2026. Angelia was affectionately known by family and friends as Bonnie. Bonnie was the first-born daughter of William and Josephine (Kale) Thomas. Bonnie attended Knoxville public schools, and graduated from Austin East High School. Bonnie was a caregiver at Senior Citizens Home Assistance Service Inc. She was loved by the seniors she provided care for. They especially loved her beautiful smile and kind spirit, that would light up their day. Bonnie was also a devoted sister to Pattie, and a devoted aunt to her niece Chanté. 

Bonnie is preceded in death by: parents, William and Josephine (Kale) Thomas, and longtime companion, Eric Burris. 

Survivors: sisters, Patricia and Wanda; brother, William Thomas; nephews, Jamal, Joseph, and Ahmad; niece, Chanté, and a host of other relatives and friends. There was a private service held by the family.

Final arrangements entrusted to Jarnigan and Son Mortuary.
