Joseph L. Garner


Joseph Lee Garner Senior, 86, went home to his Heavenly Father and the love of his life Bonnie Joe Garner on March 19, 2024. Joesph was born to the late George and Ruth Mae Garner.  


Joe retired from Alcoa Aluminum plant in Cleveland, Ohio in 2000 after years of conscientious service and was a faithful member of Martin Chapel in the Lonsdale community.

 

He leaves to cherish his life son George (Leslie) Garner, son Joseph (Carmen) Garner Jr., grandson Joseph (Jennifer) Garner III, grandson Kalin (Brittany) Garner, granddaughter Shamicka (Frank) Jones, granddaughter Christina Garner, great grandson Jalin Garner, great granddaughter Jalia Garner, great grandson Chosen Jones, great granddaughter Hope Jones, great grandson Kace Garner and a host of nieces and nephews. 


Special thanks to Jauntae Davis, Larry and Dorothy Brice, Anthony Mills, Mitch Ivey and family, Dr. Nougton. (Cardiologist)


Service will be held at Mount Zion Baptist Church, Thursday March 28, 2024.

Family will receive friends from 12pm to 1pm. Homegoing service to follow at 1pm.
