Joan Jack Glenn



Joan Jack Glenn was born, May 28, 1950 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Graduate of Austin High School, class of 1968. She gained her wings peacefully, May 18, 2024.

Joan was a sweet and loving person to all, and a wonderful mother, Grandmother, and friend.


Preceded in death by, loving husband, Willie Glenn, Jr.; parents, John and Matilda Jack; stepmother, Evelyn Coats; grandmother, Hattie Buchette; daughter, Daphe Jack; brothers, Robert and Gregory Jack; grandson, Akeeme Willie Jack; sisters,Tawana Moore and Rhyesa Hurd; niece, Carmaletta “Lucy” Jack.


She leaves devoted, loving children, Willie Jack and Shana Jack; loving grandchildren, Akkia Jack, Maurice Mills III, Airie Lawrence; sisters, Shirley Layne, Deanna Keeter, Carmen Clemons; brother, Todd Jack; nieces, Robin and Sherron Layne, Patrice Jack; nephews, Darius and Kevin Jack and other friends too numerous to name,


Family will receive friends, 5:30-6:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Rogers Memorial Baptist Church, 520 College Street; Knoxville 37921, Celebration of Life, 6:30 p.m.


Interment, Berry Highland South.
