India Latera Hall, born December 4, 1975, to Jackie Turner and Endia Puckett. She went to be with the Lord, November 29, 2023, at Ft. Sanders Hospital.

Her accomplishments include 15 years at the East Tennessee Boys and Girls Club, where she was well-loved by many people. She went to school for Massage Therapy, where she was a worker and healer as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Massage Remedy until her sickness. Once she set her mind to something, nothing could stop her!

Preceded in death by grandparents, Betty Turner and John Pascal, Ophelia Puckett and Jesse Debro; uncle, Arthur Turner; sister, Chenir Puckett, and brother, Jatory Puckett.

Terri as she was known to her family leaves to cherish her memories; devoted husband, Tim Hall; sons, Jesse Cannady and Tim (Michelle) Hall Jr.; daughters, Shervontae Turner and Timerra Hall; mother, Jackie Turner (Michael Chandler) ; father, Endia Puckett; mother-in-law, Shelia Hall; brother- in law, Steven (Sandy) Hall; sisters, Michona Chandler, Oneissa Puckett (Travis) Hubbs, Lanita Puckett, Endia Wilson, and Endia Smith; brothers, Martece Puckett, Endia (Stephanie) Puckett and Elee (Darla) Puckett; grandchildren, Aliyanna (Sunny) Hall, and Zyion Hall; aunts, Yolanda (Victor) Rodgers, Loretta Turner, Diane Stinson, Donna Turner, and Cheryl Turner. uncles, Warren Puckett, Robert Fisher, Jeffery (Tasha) Turner, and Timothy (Tapeka) Turner; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins and friends too numerous to name.

Terri was a warm ball of sunshine that descended down to earth, her smile brought warm to everyone who saw her as she was an endless flame that burned so bright, it drew everyone to her side, just feel that everything would be okay and that you were in for a goodtime and it’s because she shined it was hard for God for not take notice. All too soon He decided that she belonged by His side. While the light in our lives may no longer be in reach. We all can take comfort knowing that like every other star before her while we may like to feel her warmth, her light will continue to guide her way, if we ever feel lost or lonely, we can just look up at the night sky and know that the star that seems closest to us is her and she’s sending us love.
