Hazel Annette Davis

Hazel Annette (Terrell) Davis, born June 12, 1945 in Knoxville, TN to John Terrell and Glenzerine (Ferguson) Styles.

Hazel, loved to model and sing with the Staple Community Choir. Hazel was a graduate of Austin High School, class of 1963.

Hazel is preceded in death by parents, John Terrell and Glenzerine (Ferguson) Styles; grandchildren, Wesley E. Coward III and Lesleye Coward; brothers: Larry "Sweetback" Styles, Henry Lamar Styles, and Mark Anthony Styles; sisters: Johnetta Terrell, Terri Diane Styles, Barbara Jean Holloway, and Vicky Regina Styles.

Among those left to cherish her memories are her devoted son, Wesley E. Coward Jr. (Kimberly); grandchildren: Ashley Coward, Wesley E. Coward IV, and Isaiah Coward; great-grandchildren, Raylen Wesley Coward and Liam Walker; devoted sister-in-law, Thomasina Thompson (James); and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family will receive friends at Jarnigan & Son Mortuary from 12:00 to 12:30pm, Monday, November 25, 2024. Service to follow. Elder Joe B. Maddox, eulogist. Interment at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
