Robbie Battle

Robbie Battle affectionately known as Nino, age 71 passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at her home. She was born on August 25, 1954 in Knoxville TN. 

She loved dancing , music and sitting on her porch. She also loved sports and was a big fan of the Tennessee Vols and the Pittsburgh Steelers. 

She was preceded in death by her parents Robinson Love and Sara Chandler. Brothers Charles, Robinson, Darryl, David, James. 

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Tiffini Battle and Jessica Phillips, grandson Robinson Merriweather, devoted niece Michelle Chandler, siblings Frank (Judy) Chandler, Linda Chandler, Franklin Chandler, JoAnn (Linwood) Smith, Benjamin Love, and Desiree Clark. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and close neighbors to include her boo Chase Kimbro

The family will have visitation at Jarnigan and Son Mortuary at 2823 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm, with a memorial to be announced at a later date.
